Whether you're sending it to someone for the
holidays or a birthday or to yourself just because, a
cake from Rubicon Bakery is a good purchase. Our
cakes are all-natural and hand-made. We use only
high quality ingredients, like real butter not
margarine.
Choose from one of the delicious cakes here and
know that you will be glad you did.
Our 8" cakes typically serve 8-10 people and our 6"
cakes typically serve 6-8 people.
We strongly recommend shipping our cakes 2-day
or Overnight because all cakes are shipped frozen
using dry ice. We cannot ship our cakes 3-day or
Ground. Our cakes do not have preservatives which
means we need to take extra precautions in shipping
(also means that they're extra delicious!). We
recommend thawing them overnight in the refrigerator
and serving the next day.
Our cakes can be frozen for 1-2 months depending
on the freezer. If you plan to serve upon receipt, take
the cake out of the packaging and leave on a counter
top in a relatively cool place (not in direct sun).
Cakes will be shipped in 7-10 business days. If you
want to receive your cake by a specific date, please
indicate this in your order.
